Trophy Case

  • Kourtney Edwards, Christy Hudson and Megan Munce became the first TCU women’s volleyball players to garnered All-American honors as they were selected to the honorable mention All-American squad. In addition, all three players were selected to the AVCA All-West Regional Team.
  • Megan Munce became the first TCU women’s volleyball player to garner Mountain West Conference Setter of the Year honors in 2009.
  • Kourtney Edwards and Katelyn Blackwood each earned first team All-Mountain West Conference laurels during the 2009 campaign. Christy Hudson also earned first team All-Mountain West Conference accolades for the second consecutive season during the 2009 season.
  • Nirelle Hampton earned All-Mountain West Conference laurels during the 2008 season.
  • Lemeita Smith became the first TCU women’s volleyball player to garner All-Mountain West Conference laurels when she earned third team accolades during the 2007 season.
  • Marci King was named Western Athletic Conference Mountain Division Co-Freshman of the Year during the 1998 season.
  • Dominika Szabo was a three-time All-Conference USA selection after earning first team accolades as a senior and third team honors during her sophomore and junior campaigns.
  • Anna Vaughn garnered third team All-Conference USA honors during the 2004 season and earned Conference USA All-Freshman Team laurels during the 2003 campaign.
  • Talaya Whitfield earned second team All-Conference USA accolades and Conference USA All-Freshman Team citations during the 2004 season.
