
Adrianne Ross played one season in the WNBA with the San Antonio Silver Stars in 2008, helping the squad win the Western Conference Championship. Ross has continued her playing career oversees like several other former Lady Frogs.

- Two former TCU players have gone on to play in the WNBA in Sandora Irvin and Adrianne Ross.
- Irvin became the first Frog to reach the WNBA in 2005, when she was the No. 3 overall pick of the WNBA Draft by the Phoenix Mercury. Irvin, a member of the Chicago Sky in 2010, has played five WNBA seasons overall, including two each with Phoenix (2005-06) and San Antonio (2007-08).
- Ross reached the WNBA in the summer of 2008 after signing a free-agent contract with the San Antonio Silver Stars. Both former Frogs teamed up to help the Silver Stars reach the 2008 WNBA Finals while winning the Western Conference Championship.
- In addition to the WNBA, several other former TCU players have gone on to international professional careers, including Tiffany Evans (Spain), Moneka Knight (Iceland), Adrianne Ross (Poland), Kati Safaritova (Belgium) and Helena Sverrisdottir (Slovakia).
- Recent Frog standout Helena Sverrisdottir will continue her playing career with the Slovakia Good Angels Kosice of FIBA Europe. The Slovakia Good Angels Kosice are considered one of the top clubs in the International Basketball Federation and made it to the quarterfinals of EuroLeague Women in 2011.
